Breakout Playoff Hockey 2010

Breakout Playoff Hockey will run from April 19th, 2010, till the end of the NHL playoff sometime in June. You play just like you play our regular Fantasy Cup Hockey Challenge. You pick ONE (1) player from each of the 16 Groups, and you are awarded for goals and assists they achieve during the full run of the Playoffs. There will be unlimited trading, and you will have access to prizes and full exposure to all the points and stats.

 

Registration opens today and runs till Midnight (pacific time) April 19th, 2010. The  on April 20th you can start trading  players if you wish. the players you hold on Midnight April 19, 2010, will be your starting roster for this contest. All adjustments prior to this time just effect the starting roster you begin the contest with. We will back date your picks to the start of the playoffs, so that you will not lose any points form the earlier games played.

 

The online registration process is $5.95 taxes included. This will give you immediate access to your entry, trading and rankings (Rankings will begin to be displayed on Tuesday April 20th, 2010, and will display till the end of the contest in June. The Free Registration process can be found in the rules and regulations section at the bottom of this page. The trading will be the same, so that if you trade, you must hold that player for a minimum of 4 days just like in our regular contest.

 

The prizing will be as follows:

 

1st Place:      $600.00

2nd Place:    $300.00

3rd Place:     $150.00

4th Place:     $100.00

5th thru 10th:   Will get a Full Service Package entry in our 2010-2011 Hockey contest.

 

We are offering this contest to try out a new Beta version of our display site. We are asking you to play for your interest and the competition, and prizing. But what is most important to us is that you test out our new display, and give us feed back on what you would like to see different, what you want improved, etc. We have had some issues the past 2 years with an internal attack, and we want to make sure we have the product that you need to play a great contest next year.

 

Now sign up by going over to our Beta test site. If you have played with us before, just use the same login information you have for our regular site. If you do not have a regular profile set up, just set one up and then you can register for this contest. This contest will be run at the BETA test site for the duration of the contest. We do not want to interfere with any current and ongoing contests we have.
